By using the website ehapni.com and our services, you accept these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Service Description

eHapni provides digital services on a monthly subscription basis, including:

  • Website design and maintenance
  • Search engine optimization (SEO)
  • Digital marketing and Google Ads management
  • WhatsApp and Viber integration for lead generation

3. Subscription Terms

Our services are offered on a monthly subscription basis. Subscriptions begin after the initial setup phase is completed. You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing 30 days notice.

4. Payment

Payment is due at the beginning of each month. The initial setup fee is a one-time payment due before work begins. All prices are in EUR.

5. Content Ownership

Content you provide (text, photos, logos) remains your property. The website code and design remain the property of eHapni until the end of the contract.

6. Limitation of Liability

eHapni is not liable for:

  • Revenue loss caused by service interruptions
  • Changes in search engine algorithms
  • External technical issues (hosting, domain)

7. Guarantee

We offer a 60-day Google indexing guarantee. If your website is not indexed within 60 days, we refund all payments made.
